Trustworthy
The best thing about the VP9CC is that it is simply a micro VP9, our most proven and successful handgun design.
We didn’t treat this gun any differently because it’s small. It was designed and tested to the same standards as the VP9 and all our other full-sized duty pistols. It was subjected to tortuous testing according to NATO AC/225 specifications. It may be a micro-compact, but it’s still an HK and you can trust it to perform when the moment comes.
It also retains all the same features as the larger VP9s, including our unique Multi-Axis Safety System, so you can trust it to be safe as well.
Adaptable
Ergonomics are critical for performance in a handgun, especially in a pistol so small. All micro-compacts are concealable. But it also needs to be shootable to be a useful personal protection tool.Â
At HK, we don’t take a one size fits all approach to ergonomics like many micro-compacts do. The VP9CC comes with six different interchangeable backstraps that allow the user to custom fit for their specific needs. And these backstraps don’t just alter the grip size, they also allow you to fine tune the length of pull, or trigger reach for optimal finger placement on the trigger.
Innovative
Our proprietary optics mounting system allows an optic to sit more than 40 percent lower on the slide than with a standard adapter plate to co-witness with our standard sights.Â
This is accomplished with a deeper cut into the slide and an adapter plate with a “U-channel” down the middle so the plate can wrap around the striker assembly.
