Why do you have the cartridge backwards in the USP .45 mag? Just curious.

There was a catalog or magazine a few years back where, on the cover, was a beautiful HK handgun which had a loaded mag next to it. Unfortunately the person didn't the shot didn't realize that the top bullet was in backwards. Since then its been kind of a joke (that I've seen) to mimic thayt if a loaded mag is used. Sorry I don't have any references for the magazine issue or year.

I've seen the one you're talking about I think it was a USP 9 and had HK's logo and slogan on it.

as i recall it was a catalog for a shot show (i think!) and all in attendance were giggling "those hk idiots, bunch of morons can't even load a magazine..." Who knew?

I like to think of that pic as a creative way to say "our guns will shoot everything."

Very nice, defense523. BTW, I like the Max Brooks book and also the clever "inside joke."

I believe that this is the picture that served as your "inspiration"...

Bango, boingo! That's the one. It still makes me giggle. And its true dvskugi, they do shoot anything. I've put everything under the sun from Wolf to my Gold Dots and never any kind of malfunction. And thanks for the catalog pic!!

I am planning to purchase a Malibu 2XL. I hope to use it on lakes by myself camping and or with my wife and son on weekend vacations. Is there any other kayaks that might be more suitable?
